Crofton Art Group

Members work in whatever medium they enjoy, from watercolour and acrylic to pastel, pencil and mixed media. Alongside our regular painting sessions we run a programme of demonstrations by visiting artists, practical workshops and occasional visits to galleries and outdoor locations.

There is no requirement to have painted before. Bring the materials you have and someone will always be happy to help you get started.

We meet on Friday afternoons, 1pm to 4pm, at Crofton community centre.

Tables and chairs are available, but please bring your own materials, board and any easel you prefer to use.

Annual membership is £18, and is available pro rata if you join partway through the year.

Our year mixes regular Meet to Paint sessions with visiting artists and social events. Recent work from these sessions can be seen in the gallery.

Bookings are not required if members wish to attend a Meet to Paint Session or a Demonstration but bookings must be made if you wish to attend a workshop or a visit as places are limited.
